Rules for Students
Rules for Students:
- Every student must attend school in the prescribed uniform.
- Students must wear their ID card every day.
- All students must reach school at least 10 minutes before the morning assembly starts.
- Unacceptable excuses like fever, dirty clothes, incomplete sleep, stomachache, etc., will not be entertained.
- Students must maintain cleanliness on the school premises. Homework must be completed on time. Students must not misuse school property or study materials.
- All boys (except Sikh students) must keep their hair properly trimmed. Girls must maintain short hair. Hair coloring is strictly prohibited.
- Boys must get their haircut only on Saturdays.
- Students involved in misconduct or found using mobile phones or bringing them to school without permission will face disciplinary action. Bringing mobile phones to school is strictly prohibited.
- Attendance is mandatory for monthly, half-yearly, and annual exams.
- Unless there’s a valid reason, students must attend school regularly.
- Unjustified absences during school sessions will not be accepted.
- No student will be allowed to leave school during class hours without the Principal’s permission.
- Absence without application or prior permission will incur a fine of ₹5 per day. If a student remains absent for more than seven days, their name will be struck off the rolls, and re-admission will be required.
- Wearing anything other than the prescribed school uniform is prohibited. Kindly ensure students follow this rule strictly.
- If you wish to distribute chocolates on your child’s birthday, only good-quality branded chocolates are allowed. Distribution of low-quality chocolates is not permitted.
- No student is allowed to use different schools’ notebooks or stationery (e.g., copies or notebooks from other institutions).
- Monthly fees must be deposited by the 7th of each month, failing which disciplinary action will be taken.
- Students must clear all 12 months of fees. Those who haven’t paid all due fees must clear them before the final exams.
- Primary level exams will be oral. The first evaluation will be in July, and the second will be a written test. There will be no special arrangement for missed exams.
- A medical certificate will only be accepted in case of a serious health condition. Otherwise, exams will not be rescheduled.
- School leaving (transfer) must be requested in advance with proper application and approval.
- Important updates like holidays or special arrangements will be shared via SMS. Please read the messages carefully.
- The school provides SMS notification services. You are requested to ensure your mobile number is updated with the school. SMS charges are ₹100 per year.
- A fee of ₹50 will be charged for issuance of T.C. (Transfer Certificate), C.C. (Character Certificate), duplicate mark sheets, fee certificate, regular student certificate, etc.
